Welcome to AdsMusic. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for legal purposes and not violate the rights of other users. You are responsible for your account security.

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or publish. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our rules or applicable laws. Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal content
• Harassment or hate speech
• Spam or misleading information
• Content that infringes on others' rights

4. Music Content

The app contains two types of music content:

• Platform music — provided for streaming only and may not be downloaded or redistributed.
• User-uploaded music — tracks uploaded by users through the app's upload feature (see Section 5).

5. User-Uploaded Music (UGC)

Users may upload their own music tracks to the app. By uploading music, you confirm and agree that:

• You are the author or copyright holder of the uploaded track, or you have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to upload and distribute it.
• You grant AdsMusic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, stream, and display the uploaded content within the app.
• You bear full responsibility for the content you upload. The app is not liable for any copyright violations committed by users.
• You will not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Content removal: If we receive a valid copyright complaint (DMCA or equivalent), the reported track will be removed and the uploader will be notified. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

Reporting: Users can report tracks they believe violate copyright or community guidelines using the report function available on each track. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

No guarantee of availability: We reserve the right to remove any user-uploaded content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to copyright claims, community guideline violations, or technical issues.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• All purchases are processed through Google Play
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• In-app currency is non-refundable
• Refunds are governed by Google Play policies

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Service interruptions
• Actions of other users

8. Content Reporting

If you encounter content that violates our rules, you can report it using the "Report" option in the post menu. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Reported content may be marked as "Under Review" until a decision is made.

You may report content for the following reasons:

• Spam
• Harassment or hate speech
• Inappropriate content
• Rules violation
• Other concerns

False or abusive reports may result in account restrictions.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
